“Construction on the latest of several recent and planned additions at Lenexa City Center recently has been completed.
Kansas City-based Real Property Group LLC last month opened The Lofts at City Center, a five-story mixed-use project at 8787 Renner Blvd. The building sits on the west side of 87th Street Parkway and Interstate 435, next to multiple restaurants in the broader 200-acre Lenexa City Center development.
The $14 million complex broke ground in late May 2019, entailing 65 boutique studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and 10,000 square feet of Class A office space, according a recent release from office broker JLL.
Of that space, 6,018 square feet north of the lobby has been leased by Finkle + Williams Architecture, the project architect, which moved in in August. JLL’s RJ Trowbridge and Jim Gates are handling leasing for the remaining 4,045 square feet.
Apartment residents and office users alike can access amenities at The Lofts at City Center, which include a pool, an indoor lounge area, a putting green, a fitness center with a shower, a dog run, and a bike repair and storage area.”
