FINKLE + WILLIAMS Architecture (F+W) began in 1998, when founders Greg Finkle and David Williams decided to act on their shared, simple belief: great design starts with people.
What began as a small, two-person practice in Kansas City quickly grew as their approachable style resonated with clients.
Greg and David combined their complementary strengths to create a firm where relationships came first. Early projects ranged from community centers to small commercial spaces, each guided by empathy and curiosity. Over the years, that same approach helped FINKLE + WILLIAMS evolve into a respected architecture firm serving civic, corporate, industrial, and mixed-use clients across the KC Metro and beyond.
Today, F+W’s drive for balancing creativity, function, and social impact remains at the heart of everything we do.
