The Rise

FINKLE + WILLIAMS Architecture, in partnership with KTGY, is designing The Rise, an 11-story mixed-use development in Lenexa City Center. Designed to complement the walkability of City Center, The Rise features an outdoor pool, a rooftop restaurant and bar, and retail space on the first floor. As the tallest building proposed within City Center, the project adds a distinctive new presence to the Lenexa skyline while contributing to the district’s continued evolution as a place to live, work, gather, and connect.
