Kincaid Coach Midwest Bus

The Kincaid Group sells and operates school buses, organizes bus tours, and provides maintenance for bus fleets. In addition to these core businesses, this building will house several other business groups that support the company’s mission.

The building has approximately 40,000 sqft of office on two levels with an additional 34,000 sqft of bus maintenance, body shop, and wash bays. There is an extensive outdoor entertaining area, an indoor Bus Showroom, and several spaces geared toward entertaining clients.
