Edwardsville Public Safety Center

The FINKLE + WILLIAMS Architecture team was engaged by the City of Edwardsville to develop a Master Plan Study for their public safety campus to include space for police, fire, city administration, and municipal court. The design team worked collaboratively with key stakeholders in the City to validate the need for new and expanded facilities to support their critical city services. We also worked together to create a set of guiding principles for the project, which guided our decision-making throughout.

The conceptual design for the building incorporates classic forms with pitched roofs that are fitting to the surrounding community. The exterior materials provide a warm, welcoming aesthetic while maintaining durability and a civic presence. The next phases of the design process are set to begin in the spring of this year.
