F+W designed this LEED® Silver East Coast distribution center for New Belgium Brewing Company including 88,000 sf. refrigerated space, 40,000 sf. dry storage, 4,000 sf. office, and 9,000 sf. outside covered space. With a focus on sustainability, this facility was designed with low emission, recycled and sustainable materials, and an emphasis on water reduction and solar energy.
