Lenexa Logistics Center North No. 11 (MSI)
Lenexa, Kansas
Finkle + Williams Architecture designed the Lenexa Logistics Center North, an industrial complex located in Lenexa, Kansas. MSI, one of the tenants housed in the industrial complex, also contracted Finkle + Williams to design their office and warehouse space.
Their space includes an extensive warehouse and distribution center, employee office and conference room space, as well as a front of house showroom to display their products.
New Belgium Brewing Company
Ashville, North Carolina
140,000 sf. LEED® Silver East Coast distribution center for New Belgium Brewing Company including 88,000 sf. refrigerated space, 40,000 sf. dry storage, 4,000 sf. office, and 9,000 sf. outside covered space.
Logistics Park
Edgerton, Kansas
1,700-acre master-planned intermodal logistics park including 6.5 million sf. of new distribution facilities with an unplanned capacity for 17 million sf. To date, F+W has designed Inland Port Buildings IV, V, XI, XII, XIV, totaling more than 3 million sq. ft.
EARP Distribution Center
Edwardsville, Kansas
179,000 sf. refrigerated distribution facility designed for increased productivity, lower energy consumption and improved work environment to help distribute products to over 500 regional restaurant locations more efficiently.
Kaw Point
Kansas City, Kansas
Redevelopment of an underutilized industrial area with multiple structures into a single modern 396,000 sf. warehouse for storage, manufacturing and offices in the historic Fairfax Industrial. District. Tenants include Vitex Inc., OHL, and Plastic Packaging Technology.

A 260–acre master-planned LEED® certified business park containing 2.6 million sf. of office and industrial space. To date, F+W has designed Horizons Building I, II, III*, IV, V, VI, and other facilities, totaling more than 2 Million sf.
