Finkle + Williams was engaged to develop a comprehensive master plan for a new development in Lee’s Summit that centers around a soccer complex.  The soccer complex includes 12 new fields with an indoor soccer facility in the planning.  The developer’s vision was to include office, retail, hotel and residential components within the development to create a “critical mass” of activity and provide amenities for families to enjoy before or after soccer matches. 

With our extensive experience in master planning as well as destination entertainment centers, Finkle + Williams created the conceptual plan, siting the various components and establishing the look and feel for the development.  The renderings here show the various aspects and their relationship to each other and to the soccer complex.  It considers traffic to and from the site as well as internal site circulation between features.  Another important aspect was balancing the various components of retail, residential, office and open space.  We were able to apply our experience to plan a stunning destination space after considering all the various factors that affect this specific site.
