Lenexa Logistics Center North No. 11 (MSI)

Finkle + Williams Architecture designed the Lenexa Logistics Center North, an industrial complex located in Lenexa, Kansas. MSI, one of the tenants housed in the industrial complex, also contracted Finkle + Williams to design their office and warehouse space.

Their space includes an extensive warehouse and distribution center, employee office and conference room space, as well as a front of house showroom to display their products.

Redevelopment of an underutilized industrial area with multiple structures into a single modern 396,000 sf. warehouse for storage, manufacturing and offices in the historic Fairfax Industrial. District. Tenants include Vitex Inc., OHL, and Plastic Packaging Technology.
