Our team was contracted by Noblit Didier Construction in 2018 to renovate a tired building in the Waldo Neighborhood of Kansas City, Missouri. Our concept sought to keep the historical integrity of the original block building but brought in a modern twist with a Corten steel, second-story addition and a sleek modern stucco cladding on the main floor.

 

In 2021, Co-Op Fitness became a tenant of the building and enlisted our team once again for a TI space interior renovation. The client’s vision was to create a non-intimidating fitness space for all people to feel comfortable while working out. Our design includes sleek black walls, high-tech LED lighting in the group exercise space. Juxtaposed to the first floor, the second floor office space includes a retro-style pink kitchen, bright walls, and floral designs.  Exactly what the doctor (client) ordered.
